Shane Hudson
Chief Executive Officer
Shane began his career in behavioral health in 2007, working as both a clinician and an executive since that time. He holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from Emporia State University (2008) and a Master of Health Care Transformation from the University of Texas, Austin (2020). Shane is dedicated to transforming systems of care to better serve those with behavioral health disorders. Prior to moving to Colorado to lead Harmony Recovery, he served as CEO of CKF Addiction Treatment in Kansas. He has participated in various local and state committees advocating for individuals suffering from addiction and enhancing addiction treatment. Shane has played a key role in promoting substance use screenings in medical settings, implementing medication-assisted treatment, utilizing peer mentors to close gaps in care, and leveraging technology to improve service access. In 2021, he was honored to be appointed by Kansas Governor Laura Kelly to the Governor's Behavioral Health Services Planning Council.

Bryan Reichert
Medical Director
Dr. Reichert is a board-certified family physician whose interest and involvement in Addiction Medicine really developed while working with patients in county jails around Colorado before joining Harmony Recovery. He has over 18 years of experience caring for all ages of patients in several different settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, nursing homes, correctional facilities and via telehealth. He is happy to be a part of the exceptional multi-disciplinary team at Harmony Recovery, focusing on managing patientsā withdrawal symptoms during detoxification, chronic medical and psychiatric conditions and their treatment, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and any acute medical conditions that arise. Dr. Reichert graduated magna cum laude with a degree in chemistry from Whitman College and then earned his doctorate in medicine from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He then completed his family medicine residency training at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO and St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center in Pueblo, CO.

Amelia Bumgarner-Young
Director of Clinical Services
Amelia joined Harmony Recovery in 2024 as Director of Clinical Services. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and a National Certified Counselor.
Originally from North Carolina, Amelia completed her undergraduate work at Lenoir-Rhyne College and obtained a Master of Science degree from East Carolina University. A life-long learner, she most recently completed a Certificate in Healthcare Leadership through Duke University. She has been working in the fields of addiction and mental health for 30 years with 15 of those serving in leadership roles for agencies in both North Carolina and Colorado.

Tabitha Miller
Director of Alumni and Recovery Support Services
Tabitha is a 2010 Harmony Alum with over a decade of personal experience in the world of recovery. Tabitha is a CCAR Recovery Coach Professional and Facilitator, she is a Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) and Certified Peer and Family Specialist (CPFS) in the state of Colorado. Tabitha is an active participant of Treatment Professionals in Alumni Services (TPAS) and currently sits as the co-chair of Colorado TPAS Chapter. In the last six years at Harmony Tabitha has made a significant impact, working across multiple roles within the organization, including Harmonyās Transitional Care Program, as Counseling Tech staff member, Alumni Coordinator and currently Director of Alumni and Recovery Support Services. Her positivity and enthusiasm for helping those who come through Harmony is contagious. Tabitha has a passion for supporting Alumni as they transition out of treatment and back into everyday life. She is skilled in helping Alumni build community, find fun, joy, and meaning in their journey and encouraging discovery of their own unique recovery pathway.

Karen Kness
Director of Business Development
Karen has committed her career to supporting individuals in recovery from substance use disorder through various roles, including direct client care, Admissions Specialist, and Business Development within the addiction healthcare industry since 2017. She graduated from Stony Brook University in 2008 with a bachelorās in marketing. After spending several years in the corporate sector, she found her true calling in the addiction field helping to connect those struggling from substance use disorder to exceptional care. Karen took on the Director of Business Development role in 2024, where she supports both the admissions and business development teams at Harmony. Her passion is centered on helping those seeking assistance and advocating for their recovery journeys through community engagement.

Justin Barclay
Director of Operations
Justin has spent the better part of two decades assisting individuals seeking treatment work through the barriers of access to care. He spent the first 9 years of his career working for a private equity treatment program based in Florida with several facilities in Florida and Texas. In 2004 Justin joined the Harmony Team as the Admissions Manager. Since then, he has served in several roles including Safety and Compliance Manager, Director of Front-End Operations, Director of Client Support Services, and his most recent role as Director of Operations. Justin originally studied at Bradley University in Peoria, IL as a Civil Engineer major and then spent 8 years in a leadership role with a worldwide shipping company. Life experiences and universe direction led him to a career that feeds personal fulfillment and passion by helping people access care and providing great treatment experiences.

Michael Jones
Senior Director of Financial Services and Accounting
Mike began his career in public accounting. Mike has been a Certified Public Accountant for 50 years. Mike has been the Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance in the medical, real estate, service, restaurant franchises and manufacturing industries. Mikeās normal role includes oversight of the accounting department and managing the companyās general ledger with preparation of the monthly financial statements. He also manages the annual audit with the resulting audited financial statements and tax returns preparation. Mikeās department is also responsible for accounts payable and the payment of the vendors and the filing of all claims with the insurance companies and the resulting collections of payment for the services Harmony Recovery provides to our patients.
